Dinosaur Museum

We visited the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point of which we all had a great time. This is our little group shot. The twins were pretty much asleep most of the time but that didn't stop them from enjoying themselves.
Hannah and Dad playing in a prehistoric cave.
Dallin's turn!
Sneaking in some loves between digging for dinosaur bones.
This was pretty fun. You get to build your own dinosaur. You can choose different heads, legs, tails spikes, etc... to create your own species. Best part is you can climb on them!
Taking a break from napping to take in some prehistoric scenery.
You can't really see it very well but right behind Aidan's head is a large brontosaurus. He was standing on the floor below us and his head came up right behind where Aidan was standing.

Hannah playing with a button that lights up to show different information. Another really cool part was a walking on a ramp through a dark room and you are completely surrounded by stars and galaxies. We had to go through there a few times. At first they were scared from the lack of light in the room, but once we told them the stars won't attack you it turned out being one of the favorite rooms.
Another great spot! We stayed in this room for about 45 minutes while the kids put on little rubber coats and had at it playing in a huge sand pit with toy trees and dinosaurs and even running water through it to make rivers and lakes. Barry and I even built a little dino-paradise. Stopping for a quick snap shot.........smile!
This was another fun spot. You grab a paint brush and brush away sand to discover hidden prehistoric skeletons. This is definitely a place we will go visit again.
